event pricing
COMMERCIAL EVENTS
TYPICAL PRICING
$75 per hour on-site (number of hours required per day will be determined through client discussion).
$35 per hour editing.
Add $50 for travel 40-80 miles one way.
Add $100 for travel 81-160 miles one way.
AIR TRAVEL AND HOTEL CHARGES
Airline expenses ($TBD) will be added for air travel over 160 miles one-way.
Hotel expenses ($TBD) for multiple day (3 or more) events will be added where travel is over 40 miles one way.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Same day cancellation for travel under 80 miles one-way: $50.
Add Airline and Hotel cancellation penalties ($TBD) if incurred, plus $50 for same day cancellation of event over 160 miles one-way.
*Estimates will be provided in good faith based on client discussions of deliverables.
**Pricing will be finalized upon completion of signed agreement.
CHARITABLE EVENTS
SINGLE DAY EVENT
$75 per hour for local (up to 50 miles) on-site (number of hours required per day will be determined through client discussion).
CANCELLATION CHARGES
No charge for cancellation.
*Estimates will be provided in good faith based on client discussions of deliverables.
**Pricing will be finalized upon completion of signed agreement.
